چکیده

Abstract Objective The purpose of this clinical trial was to examine the effect omega-3 fatty acids (W-3 FAs), nanocurcumin and their combination on serum levels gene expression VCAM in patients with episodic migraine. Results In study, 80 were randomly divided 4 groups receive for 2 months. Both showed remarkable decreases after single W-3 combined interventions. However, a borderline significant change no observed supplementation control group, respectively. While difference between study concentrations existed, there meaningful among groups. It appears that can relieve level its Moreover, might cause more declines migraine than when is administered alone. Trial Registration : This registered Iranian Registry Clinical Trials (IRCT) ID number: NCT02532023.

Full length vascular cell adhesion molecule 1 (VCAM-1).

We have developed several monoclonal antibodies that bind specifically to IL-1 activated but not to quiescent human unbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). Two antibodies, 1E7 and 2G7, were shown to react at distinct epitopes with a novel IL-1 inducible sialoglycoprotein which is implicated in the adhesion of T cells with activated endothelium (1). We used polymerase chain reaction (PCR, 2, 3...

Migraine is a chronic nerves system disease leads to considerable disabilities and affected quality of life. Neuro-inflammation play a key role in progression of migraine which mainly caused by release of inflammatory mediators including COX-2 and iNOs enzymes, TNF-α،IL-1β،IL-6 and adhesion molecule such as ICAM and VCAM.Curcumin and omega 3 fatty acids with anti-inflammatory and neuro-protecti...
